Terms and conditions for Cash Reward & Referral Reward

WIZ.AI's Corpus Collection Project Cash Rewards ("Cash Rewards") is open to participants who:

WIZ.AI reserves the right to "disqualify" any task that does not meet WIZ.AI's quality standards. Only tasks that are not "disqualified" can be considered as "complete".

Participants who complete at least 4 tasks between 21 August 2020, 0700 hours, and 31 August 2020, 2359 hours, both dates inclusive will be automatically included in the Cash Reward. WIZ.AI reserves the right to extend or otherwise amend the dates at its sole discretion.

Each participant can only complete a maximum of 20 tasks.

Referral Reward: For every 3 persons a participant refers this project to, the participants will be entitled an additional 5 SGD (e.g. If a participants refers 6 persons, the participant will receive an additional $10). Those referred by the participant must:

By registering your participation in this project, you are deemed to have agreed to these Terms and Conditions.

Participants will receive their Cash Reward via Paylah or PayNow with the mobile number provided in their registration form. In the event that a participant does not have Paylah or PayNow, they may furnish the necessary details in the registration form to receive their Cash Reward via bank transfer. Participants will bear full responsibility for providing their accurate Paylah and PayNow personal details on the “Personal Information” page on the ccp site (sg-ccp.wiz.ai).

Participants will receive their Cash Reward and Referral Rewards after 31 August 2020, 2359 hours. WIZ.AI reserves the right to extend or otherwise amend the dates at its sole discretion.

Participants shall ensure that the correct information (e.g. Mobile number, bank details) is provided in their registration form. WIZ.AI will not be responsible for any unsuccessful transactions that arise due to incorrect or missing information being provided.

WIZ.AI reserves the right to not entertain any requests regarding changes to a participant's information once the registration form has been submitted.

In the event that a participant fails to comply with any other instruction or condition specified by WIZ.AI, the Cash Reward will be forfeited at the sole and absolute discretion of WIZ.AI.

In the event of any dispute, WIZ.AI’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entertained.

WIZ.AI reserves the right to amend or vary any of these Terms and Conditions and/or to substitute the Cash Reward with another prize(s) of similar or equivalent value. WIZ.AI will, where it is practicable to do so, notify participants by publishing the relevant information on this website.

WIZ.AI reserves the right to terminate any participant’s participation in the Cash Reward at any time in its discretion in the event of such participant’s breach or suspected breach of any of the Terms and Conditions herein without prior notification or any liability to such participant whatsoever.

Terms and Conditions for Lucky Draw

WIZ.AI's Corpus Collection Project Lucky Draw ("Lucky Draw") is open to participants who:

WIZ.AI reserves the right to "disqualify" any task that does not meet WIZ.AI's quality standards. Only tasks that are not "disqualified" can be considered as "complete".- Participants who complete at least 4 tasks between 21 August 2020, 0700 hours, and 31 August 2020, 2359 hours, both dates inclusive will be automatically included in the Lucky Draw. The Lucky Draw shall take place on 5 September. WIZ.AI reserves the right to extend or otherwise amend the dates at its sole discretion. The lucky draw will only proceed if we attain our target audience of 1000 people.

Every 4 completed tasks will entitle a participant to 1 chance in the Lucky Draw. Each participant can only win a maximum of 1 prize in the Lucky Draw. Winners will be randomly selected during the Lucky Draw, and will be announced on this website.

By registering your participation in this project, you are deemed to have (a) agreed to these Terms and Conditions; and (b) consent to WIZ.AI's collection, use and disclosure of your personal information for the purposes of administering the Lucky Draw. WIZ.AI will only be releasing your full name and the last 4 digits of your mobile number.

Winners shall ensure that they remain contactable at all times. If any winner is uncontactable for any reason whatsoever, WIZ.AI reserves the right to redistribute any unclaimed prizes to another winner in accordance with the Lucky Draw mechanism.

WIZ.AI reserves the right to disallow a winner from redeeming a prize, and to award the prize to another winner in accordance with the Lucky Draw mechanism.

In the event that a winner fails to comply with any other instruction or condition specified by WIZ.AI, the prize will be forfeited at the sole and absolute discretion of WIZ.AI.

Lucky Draw winners will be contacted via SMS, phone call and/or email via the contact details provided in the registration form. Details on the collection of prizes will be given at a later date.

Winners are responsible for collecting in person any prize(s) won. Winners will be advised of the date(s), time(s) and venue(s) for the collection of prize(s) separately.

You acknowledge that if you win a Lucky Draw prize, photographs may be taken of you for the purpose of publication on this website or social media by WIZ.AI. By collecting your prize, you provide your consent to photographs being taken of you and to such photographs published on this website or social media by WIZ.AI.

Prizes are strictly not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash, credit or kind; or for any reason whatsoever and howsoever arising.

In the event of any dispute, WIZ.AI’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entertained.

WIZ.AI reserves the right to amend or vary any of these Terms and Conditions and/or to substitute any prize(s) with another prize(s) of similar or equivalent value. WIZ.AI will, where it is practicable to do so, notify participants by publishing the relevant information on this website.
